Two days.
Every hand gets dirty.

A full Saturday of plenaries and six hands-on stations, plus an optional Friday afternoon of medical 3D printing. Every participant on 22 Aug rotates through all six stations.

Registration + Clinician Refresher

Structured group rotation — each group moves through all six dry stations, 25 minutes each. Check your group's order.

Industry and medical applications to date. Material science — the properties of each printing material.

CAD Training I — The Basics

Tinkercad fundamentals: the core functions needed to build an item from scratch.

Bambu Studio & Printer Parts

Slicer introduction and settings for print success, printer walkthrough. Group 1 slices and sends the first batch to the printers.

CAD Training II & Mini-Competition

A 50-minute design problem using advanced Tinkercad — align, mirror, workplane manipulation. Group 2 sends the best designs to the printers.

Before you ask.

Anaesthetists, intensivists and emergency medicine physicians seeking structured hands-on advanced airway training. Basic airway-management experience is expected.

No — registration for both the main workshop (60 places, 22 Aug) and the 3D printing workshop (30 places, 21 Aug) is closed. Look out for NAPS 2027.

Confirmation, group allocation and joining instructions are emailed to all registered participants ahead of the event. Find your group in the Grouping section — enter the mobile number or email you registered with — and check Resources for recommended pre-reading.

Yes — 4 CME points are awarded to participants.

Scrubs or comfortable attire; closed-toe shoes required. Full PPE for wet-lab stations (gloves, apron, eye protection) is provided.

Yes — lunch plus morning and afternoon refreshments are included. Halal options available.

Six groups of ten, pre-assigned and communicated before the event. Each group completes all six morning dry stations and all six afternoon workshop stations — your order is in the Rotations section.
